 Thunder is going to be your best friend during this fight. Have Cecil attack normally while Tellah blasts the lights out of him with Thunder. Rydia will be your jack-of-all-trades. Have her start out by using her  Chocobo summon, then alternate with Thunder. If she's low on magic, use an  Ether on her. You'll notice his tentacles disappear the more damage he takes. You know he's almost sunk when it's just his head and one tentacle. I warn you though, he is a hard hitter. Use aPotion or  Cure when needed, and the mammoth shouldn't stand a chance. | |||||||
