This guy appears when you try to take Yang's weapon. He holds no punches and is actually pretty simple to figure out. He starts out doing two physical strikes and then unleashes Tornado, a strong wind attack against everyone. Dole out the damage with Cecil using his sword. Yang is best suited using Power. Rosa will need to make sure everyone is healed after the power of Tornado. Your best source of damage is going to come from Yang and his stored up power hit. Now, sometimes if you keep him alive too long, Storm Dragon will dish out Maelstrom which brings everyone in the group down to single digit HP. Getting cured is of the essence otherwise you won't live that much longer. It'll take a couple dollops of raw pain to take him out, but don't fret. | |||||||
