Mikoto

Biography

Mikoto is Genome from Terra who is one of the only Genomes that the party meets who is able to act upon her own interests. She is detached and dispassionate, and speaks in a matter-of-fact manner.

As it turns out, Mikoto is the only Genome remaining in Terra who still has a soul. Following the departures of Kuja and Zidane from Terra, Garland created Mikoto to replace Zidane as his Angel of Death should he not return to Terra. It was a two-for-one creation for Garland as well, as he was also able to use Mikoto to guide Zidane to him once Zidane came back to Terra.
