Alright, the quizzes for the month have been updated and I am pleased to see that people have been getting abysmally low scores on them.  No, I'm not satanic, or Climhazzard, but it's nice to not see a straight slew of tens on either one -- in fact, on these particular quizzes, nobody has achieved a ten yet, and the highest score on the FF6 quiz is a seven.  Good luck to everyone who participates and attempts to succeed.  You'll need it.

Thanks to Narratorway, we now have a new FF6 layout, the first to go online since the original four back at CoN5 launch. It features Shadow, and I'm sure you've seen the art before, but the new layout will appear on any FF6 page or any page that does not apply to a specific game. Keep an eye out!

In addtion, I have added the three Shadow fanarts that make up the layout to the Fanart database, so you may vote on them and rate them any time you like!

We now have opened the Fanart Hall of Fame! Your votes on all of our hundred-plus fanart images are now tabulated for the purposes of showing which pieces are the best on the site. Enjoy!

We've resolved the setup issues with the CoNStore affiliation with GKWorld. Imagine my surprise when I arrived here this morning, from my cushiony chair at work. I deftly avoided all work-related emails and wandered in here to see what I'd missed last night, and what do I see? Well, the new forums have hit 5000 posts.

I don't have any benchmarks to tell you exactly how long it took the old forums to reach this level, but I can be pretty sure that it didn't happen in four and a half months the way it did here.

Thanks a lot to all the forum regulars who like being here so much, and a special thanks to Spoony Bard, whose post in the Cowboy Bebop Movie thread hit the 5K mark this morning.
