This one isn't extremely difficult. Use a basic strategy. Focus all single attacks on Balnab since he'll be the hardest hitting. Have Cecil attack, Kain jump, Yang use his Power technique, and Rosa heal when needed. It might be a good idea to have Rosa start everyone off with a boost of Blink to knock down the damage done by physical attacks. Rydia should use Virus for big damage on both targets. Eventually your target will change form—this changes nothing in your strategy. Keep pummeling him with Yang's Power, Kain's Jump, and Rydia's Virus, he should fall. Or so you think. Cut scene to Lugae transforming. He'll re-initiate the battle and transform into a cyborg version of himself. But again, this shouldn't change your attack plan. He's going to deliver hits harder than Balnab did, so Cecil may have to use Cure2 from time to time. But as long as Kain, Yang, and Rydia are drilling him, he won't last that long. The cyborg is going to start off by using a poison attack against everyone. Yang can't use Power unless he's healed. This means give him an antidote or have him just use a normal attack. For whatever reason, one of Lugaborg's moves consists of healing everyone. So if he nails one of your characters with a status effect, it'll heal right up. Like I said, a couple uses of Power, Jump, and Virus and he'll be dead in a matter of minutes, this time for good. | |||||||
