Since you have only two party members, your options are more limited than usual. Try applying a lot of status ailments to the monster, especially Berserk, as this will stop it from running away. This thing is pretty brutal. It's got a number of Twintania's attacks, but none of the weaknesses. It can also use Dark Arts. Any non-magical attack will be countered, and two-thirds of magical attacks will be. It has no magic defense, though, so spamming lots of Meteor by using !Dualcast and Quick will do a lot of damage. Having Shell up will help to deal with the counters in this scenario. | |||||||

This guy does nothing but cast blue magic, and he knows virtually all of it. There are a few spells you can teach him, though, and if you do, he will then use them back on you. Even having one floating party member will make him forget anything but pulling that member down, so if you cast Float before battle and then put on a Reflect Ring you'll take absolutely no damage. After that, use Golem to protect against physicals, and continue to beat on Gilgamesh (using Slow if they're getting in too many attacks). It is optional to defeat Enkidu first. | |||||||
