43. Poeskas Lake

This battle is really easy if you bring along Chemists who can throw Phoenix Downs at enemies. That will kill them instantly. Characters like Orlandu will also fare well against the undead enemies. The only character you need to worry about in this battle is the Summoner, and since she starts fairly close to the party, it shouldn’t take much to dispose of her. Enjoy this easy battle while you can, because the next few are extremely hard. Bring along the accessory 108 Beads for everyone.

After the battle, Rofel, one of Vormav’s men, will be meeting with Dycedarg at Igros Castle. Rofel pretty much comes out and accuses Dycedarg of poisoning his father to gain more control. Though Dycedarg vehemently denies it, this gives enough reason for Zalbag, who is eavesdropping, to investigate these charges by seeing if Mosfungus is growing outside of Balbanes’ grave, which is a sign that he was poisoned.
