Dorgann

Biography

Dorgann is Bartz's father, a swordsman and adventurer long retired to Lix, a tiny northern village surrounded by mountains and forests. Dorgann and his beloved wife Stella both died prior to the start of Final Fantasy V, and on his deathbed Dorgann tells Bartz to travel and see the world.

Dorgann isn't just Bartz's father, he's one of the original four Warriors of Dawn, along with Galuf, Xezat, andKelger. After the group seals Exdeath in Bartz's world, Dorgann volunteers to stay behind and watch over the seal, presumably settling down with Stella sometime later. Dorgann was a powerful fighter in his prime - when Kelger meets the party he mentions that Dorgann was the only person who could ever best him in combat.
