Enuo

Biography

Enuo is an unlockable hidden boss in the Game Boy Advance version of Final Fantasy V. Defeating him unlocks the Necromancer job. He is mentioned in the PlayStation version as well, in passing, as the ancient evil of legend.

Enuo was vanquished by warriors wielding twelve powerful weapons, but afterwards the weapons were sealed in a temple. Following Enuo's defeat, the world's leaders agreed that the Void was too dangerous to be locked away by conventional means. They used powerful magic to divide the world in two separate halves, held apart with the power of eight Crystals, four located on each half. The power of the Void was hidden in the inaccessible rift between the two dimensions, and could only be freed if the two worlds were to unite again.
