This eccentric, corpulent reptile-thing is second in command of Magus' troops. His garish laugh and unpleasant tricks make him one snarky foe.

He is a conniving maniac who, once Magus vanishes, leaps at the opportunity to take over as the head honcho. Despite his eccentric behavior and arrogant stature, his plans fail more often than not, leading him to spout off in a steam of anger. 'Oz... Ozzie's in a pickle!'
