Biography

From the moment you meet him, he reeks of comic relief. Dressed in outlandish (and garish) hues of rainbow colors and sporting a not-too-trendy mohawk 'do, one can hardly see how this man, of all men, should be running Wall Market's prostitution ring.

Perhaps that's part of the disguise, because he does actually keep a sizable private army of lackeys milling about to do his dirty work, and that's part of the reason he rules Wall Market with an iron fist. In fact, every new girl that enters Wall Market has to appear before the Don, and entertain him... privately...

You get to experience this odd quirk about the Don firsthand upon entering Wall Market. After asking about for Tifa, you'll soon be pointed towards the Don's Mansion in the north of town, where you'll discover that she's being scrutinized by the Don at that very moment. You have to get her out of there, but how? The Don doesn't allow men inside (who aren't his own lackeys, that is).

Enter Aeris' brilliant scheming. Cloud will have to dress up as a girl.

This isn't the last time you'll meet the good Don, either. You'll face him again on the cliffs of Wutai, where he'll send his second monstrosity at you, Rapps.
