Biography

Leo is an Imperial general who cares for the well-being of his soldiers and lives a principled, honorable life. Unlike Kefka and Celes, Leo declined the opportunity to gain magic powers via a Magitek treatment. Shortly after seeing him for the first time, Sabin declares that "he could be my friend, if he weren't my enemy." Compassionate, honorable, well-liked, and not a psychopath - Leo's basically the exact opposite of Kefka.

Gameplay

Leo is a powerful fighter that attacks multiple times in succession (thanks to an Master's Scroll accessory) and can use the powerful Shock command to hit all enemies. Leo cannot equip Espers or use Magic during the short time he's playable.
