When you enter Zeltennia Castle, you find Delita at the church. He commends you on your bravery for entering a church as a heretic, but Ramza cuts to the chase and asks about Orlandu. Before they can talk much, however, the church is surrounded by Zalmo and his men, who order Ramza to come out.

37. Zeltennia Castle

This battle is really, really fun if you give characters Ignore Height, because then they can just jump straight up and attack Zalmo straight on without having to worry about any of his cronies. It’s the easiest solution and it’s loads of fun. Delita will stay on the ground and launch Agrias-like skills at Zalmo from below, dealing even more damage. If you have Ignore Height, there’s no strategy to this battle. Otherwise, launch summons and magic at him from below and he won’t be able to hold on.

After the battle, Delita introduces Ramza to Balmafula and they tell Ramza that Orlandu, as well as most of the other troops around Ivalice, have gone off to Bethla Garrison.
